Cormack Conahan, the brother of Neal was a neighbor of ours.

Cormack was the last general foreman of the Ashmore Shops.

By: Lou DeGrose Wed, 02 Apr 2014 04:31:04 +0000 “Engineman Conahan”,the engineer in this wreck,was my cousin Neal’s Grandfather,and was named after him.Neal’s Dad,Salvatore Graziano,also worked on the LV.He was a shop worker,and was the unhappy soul who was given the job of cutting up the Black Diamond locomotive when it was finally scrapped.
